Chand provided an answer to this question in this review of Malaysia Airlines :The airline does offer a return and refund policy to consumers who book online. For cancellations and changes the customer must contact Malaysia Airlines travel offices located in the nearest vicinity. The airline does charge a fee depending upon sector but a customer can be assured that a refund is easy to obtain if all the requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. more
